What We Believe

WHAT

WE

BELIEVE

WE BELIEVE that the work of Jesus Christ is to restore us into right relationship with the Father in heaven. Though the sin we have done, and the sin that has been done to us, changes our identity in whom the Lord has made us to be it doesn’t define who we are in the Lord.

WE BELIEVE it is not what is wrong with us, but what the Lord Jesus says is right with us.

WE BELIEVE in giving worship to the Lord and that His presence is what we should desire. His presence and Holy Spirit should follow us everywhere we go.

WE BELIEVE that with His presence comes healing, restoration, and the joy of His kingdom.

“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.”

Psalms 139:14,

WE BELIEVE that the Lord wants to set you free and restore your life. The love of God

defeats shame and guilt every time.

“Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the Kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

This is what we believe for our city and for our region, no matter what you have done or have had done to you, by the work of Jesus Christ all can be set free. Therefore the banner in the Spirit over our city and region says

“And such were some of you.”

PRAYER @ ZION

One of the foundations of ZCM is the gift of the prophetic. The Lord has given us this gift and call to advance His Kingdom.

Christ who died, and is also risen, is at the right hand of God making intercession for us. Romans 8:34

We are seated in heavenly places with Christ.

Ephesians 2:6

We can come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 4:16

He gives life and calls those things that do not exist as though they did.

Romans 4:17

Pray… Your Kingdom come Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Luke 11:2

Over the years we have had many testimonies of victories, of tragedies that have been averted, and of situations that could have been much worse if not for the prayers of the saints.

What an awesome privilege and responsibility that we have been given as believers! To come boldly to the throne of grace, being seated in heavenly places with Christ, interceding with Him, calling out for those things to be on earth as they are in Heaven!

In this way He speaks to us, shows us things, shares His heart with us, and we get to agree with Him. We get His perspective on things and situations rather than ours or the worlds. In this place we are not praying for victory, we are praying from a place of victory in Christ. We do this by faith and by His grace.

Come and answer the call to prayer! Let’s fulfill with Him that which He’s called us to. To partner with Him in bringing transformation. To release life and call things into existence on earth as they are in Heaven!
